We accept only Cash On Delivery (COD) and bank transfer. Customers using bank transfer will have to attach a photo of the receipt of the transfer in their email as proof of payment.

Merchandise Policy:

1. We will not allow refunds/ cancellations once order has been made. Please consider carefully before placing your order.

2. All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after collection.

3. We will check through the goods once they arrive. If there are any defects, we will inform you and provide a full refund if you are not able to accept the defects.

Collection Methods:

1. Merchandise will take about 3-4 weeks to arrive after order has been placed. Meetups for collection will be held every weekend at Jurong East MRT station.

2. Postage is currently not available till further notice.

3. Uncollected items will be held for 3 weeks before being sold off under a clearance sale. No refunds will be provided for buyers who MIA.
